By accessing or using CollegeAidCalc ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Berean Defense, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

CollegeAidCalc provides free, browser-based calculators for estimating college financial aid, student loan payments, loan comparisons, and federal repayment plan projections. All tools are provided for informational and planning purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. Estimates Only — No Guarantee of Results

All calculator outputs are estimates. We make no representation that results will match your actual FAFSA-calculated Student Aid Index, financial aid award, loan approval, or repayment outcome. Results depend on information you provide and simplified formulas that may not reflect all factors used by the U.S. Department of Education or individual lenders. See our full Disclaimer.

Nothing on this Site constitutes financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or student loan counseling. Berean Defense, LLC is not a licensed financial advisor, attorney, CPA, or student loan counselor. All content on this Site — including text, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, graphics, and tool designs — is owned by Berean Defense, LLC or licensed to us and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA) UNDER ITS CONSUMER ARBITRATION RULES, RATHER THAN IN COURT. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent irreparable harm. You may opt out of arbitration by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first using the Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
